The Clinic Squash of UUM

              Today is the clinic squash of UUM that organized from the UUM squash club. I wake up at 7.15am for preparation before go to Kachi Squash Hall. I go there by motor and reach there 7.55am. On that time still don't have people reach yet. I do the warm up exercise by my own while waiting other friend come. Before we start the clinic squash, we have a short briefing at 8.30am about what to do and give a lesson to a new squash members that is from semester 1 and some Semester 3. The other committee and new members reach the Kachi Squash Hall at about 9.10am. We start the clinic squash at about 9.30am from warm up to the basic skill of how to play the squash until 12.10 for have a lunch.

             During the lunch time, I make a practice for my own, training the basic skills of four hand drive and also the back hand drive until 12.55pm and have my lunch after that. Then we semester 7, 5 and 3 students play for a game that who loss need to be laying in front the squash court while other continue play the squash. The persons who laying infront the squash court may have the probability being hit by the squash ball. I am loss and have laying on the floor for twice times and unluckily being hit twice times by the squash ball but luckily not pain.

            This activities end at 5.15pm after get a short speech from the director, vice director about thankful to all the participant that have come for the activities of clinic squash. Afterwards, there still have other people give a short briefing for the coming next event for enable to recruit new committee and also the participant. Finally, before we back to the UUM campus, we take a group photo before end up the event.

Today 23 Nov raining day is bad (>,<)

          Today is a rainy day, the whole day also raining and use of umbrella is most frequently, but unfortunately my umbrella forgot to take after my class from 9.30am to 11am. I am not realize the loss of my umbrella after I finish up my lunch at around 1.35pm more. I am realize after I stand up from the table after eat and want walking out from the Alumni Cafe of UUM. Actually I am planning to go back my room at DPP to get my laptop because today has the lesson of key in the data from the questionaire insert the Excel and also the SPSS and my plan also sit motor to next class on 2pm at DKG 6/10, but unlucky after the time I start searching for my umbrella then I just realizing that my umbrella actually was left at the lecturer's table at DKG 4/2. I am walking back to DKG 4 once I realizing that my umbrella was left there and while walking to there has the small raining.
          Unfortunately, when I reach DKG 4/2, I walk inside the lecture hall, my umbrella is disappear already, so I have no umbrella to use, but on the same time, I meet both of my girl's friend. One of them lend me their umbrella so I have umbrella to use and I no need get wet caused by raining. I take bus to go DKG 6/10 to have my management of malay language class until 3 o'clock evening. Afterward I am on the way going back to my room at DPP MAS in the raining condition. My pair of black shoes also get wet and insert water when I walk through the road that containing water. When I reach my room already 3.25pm meanwhile my class at 3.30pm. I take my laptop bag and the power plug with umbrella, I straight away go back to DKG 6 to attend my next class.
         I am using the other one roadway to go DKG 6, but I feel so far away because the roadway quite steep, that is the roadway that not far from the main gate of UUM. I'm on my way going, finally I have reach my class room at DKG 6/16 while back of my body has wet at all. On that time already 3.45 and once I reach, the lecture already start and they having the lesson on the half way already. I quickly take my laptop out to follow the lesson and luckily my lecture good and nice and help me during the lesson so I could follow up the lesson using Excel and SPSS. After the class, we have a talk about the work until 6.15pm. When I reach my room already 6.35pm and take a bath after get wet caused from raining. After get bath, I have my dinner at 7pm then after finish the dinner I reach my room and I key in the data and finish it up until 12.30am more. Time is fast,1 day is passing away....

21st November is a RAINY day

         Today so cold because of half day is raining day. I plan to go out at 10am more, but I couldn't go out because of raining. I sit inside my room and eat duck mee meanwhile watching Hong Kong drama until 3pm. Afterwards, I go to MAS office to pass for the electronic application form with RM2. After that, I go out to changlun fill petrol for my motor and continue my way going all the highway just to do the research method questionaire about the 'INTERNET EXPERIENCE IN AUTOMOBILE PASSENGER CAR SEGMENT: THE IMPORTANCE OF CUSTOMER VALUE, LIFESTYLE AND PROFILING .
         I am so lucky that once I reach Jitra town, near the Jitra Mall, I meet the GT car workshop that sell the car. I go inside and see one malay boy. He is cleaning the kancil, but I approach him and introduce myself that I am student from UUM need to find people fill in the questionaire for the Research Method class and trying ask him for help me fulfill the questionaire. In the earlier, he actually not really that willing to help me fill the form, but after I explain to him that need the people who surf the Internet to get the information about the car, he finally willing to help me fill in the form.
         Me and him walk in to his shop and I meet another 2 malay guys and I also ask them to help me fulfill the questionaire. They are so willing to help me fill in the questionaire. I am so glad and happy because get help from them. After they finished help me fill in the questionaire, I say thank you very much for help me fill in the questionaire and I go get my motor and continue my way to further. On the way near the Jitra KFC, I see 2 car shop, 1 is Perodua shop and the other 1 is Nissan shop. After I park my motor around somewhere, I walk in to Perodua shop and as the sales executive to help me fill in the form.
        So unlucky, although he willing to help me fill in the form because of he tired after work for whole day, so he request me to help him fill in the questionaire and in other to get his help fulfill the questionaire, I need to help him fill in the questionaire. While filling while grumbling that the questionaire so many like sitting for an exam, call me tell my lecturer that questionaire should only 10 question, but not ask people sit for an exam. I while ask him the questionaire answer, he give me the answer and finally finished the questionaire.

        Next, I walk in to Nissan shop to ask them help. I first meet the malay girl, but she pass to another malay man that has allready marry. He willing to help me and we have a chat while he fill in the questionaire and finally, he help me completed the questionaire that only total 5 set of questionaire. After that, I am on my way back to UUM and reach UUM allready 7pm and has another meeting at 9pm until 12.30am more. Finally I reach my room and sleep..

First day of Squash Member day on 18 November 2011

                 Today is the first day members day meeting of squash club. There are about 43 new members that from Semester 1 included girls and boys. The available squash court at sport center just 2 courts apart from 4 courts. We divided the members into two groups that are 21 persons in court 3 and 22 persons in courts 4. The committee and coach for the squash club include Soon Aik, Mun Hoe, May May, myself and also Wai Teng.

                  First of all, we direct the new member to do the warm up such as stretching and jogging inside the courts to avoid get any injury during the squash lesson and practice time. Afterward, we introduce among us so we can know each other before start any lesson. We start by tell them the story about the squash, the rules and the famous a athlete that was Nicol Ann David from Penang, Malaysia the 6th times continues world championship After that, we start to teach them how is the way grab the handle of the squash racket, the 4 basic steps in order to play squash, how to hit the squash ball with basic skill that name as 4 hand drive.
After we give a lesson and reach the time at 11am, we dismiss and finished the member days to continue at next weekend.
